Bed was too hard, resulting in poor sleep and body aches. Weak water pressure in the shower, causing frustration during showers.

We loved the size of the room, perfect for our family of five. The hotel's location in Pratunam area was fantastic, right in the heart of the shopping district. It was just a short walk to the nearby Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. The staff were always polite, helpful, and prompt in providing service. the hotel maintained cleanliness at its best. Daily housekeeping included thorough cleaning of tables, dressers, and floors. We were also pleased to find out that the hotel offered free parking.

During our recent stay at Centre Point Pratunam, we had a good experience. The location of the hotel was superb, making it easy for us to explore the vibrant city of Bangkok. I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping district and close to all the major shopping areas. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchenette and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests I had. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a good selection of pastries, Thai and Japanese cuisine.
This venue is highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
